Easter signifies the Spring season, and we are hunting for the goods! The past week storm cycles rolled through the Wasatch resetting the back country and we had some great powder skiing. It looks like we might have a few days of corn snow skiing before the next powder storm hits the Wasatch. The exhilaration of heli-skiing never gets old…we still have a few more weeks left in our Utah season, our Greenland operation is just beginning, and then the adventures continue in the Southern Hemisphere for year round turns!

You might think Spring is just around the corner, but a couple of winter storms just rolled through the Wasatch giving us a nice round of fresh snow. The forecast predicts a similar cycle throughout the rest of the week. The storms, the cool temperatures, and the flyable days have been helping us provide our guests with lots of powder turns!

Here in the Wasatch we are still in the middle of winter and the recent freshies bestowed upon us by Mother Nature are helping make this another great heli ski season! As we continue celebrating our 40th Anniversary, the 40th fly day of the 2012-13 season has come and gone, and we continue to enjoy all of the new snow accumulation.

After a very busy President’s Day weekend, we are preparing for a couple of winter storms to move through the region this week. They should bring fresh snow to the Wasatch Range and we’re looking forward to ‘peak season’ powder turns and face shots!
