Regular Operation Heli-ski Adventures
Individuals or groups can purchase Guaranteed Reservations for skiing on specific dates on a 'first come, first served' basis. If we are able to fly on your reserved date(s), you will be assured participation. Reservations require a $300 per seat deposit with full payment 30 days prior to reservation date. If you cancel for any reason, you will be subject to cancellation fees. For seats canceled with more than 30 days notice $50 per seat is forfeited; for seats canceled within 30 days $300 per seat is forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours of flight, no shows, or those who do not complete the full day regardless of circumstances will be charged the full price.
Discounted rates and/or low season rates are only good for the date of the original reservation(s). Any reservations changed to another date due to weather or other considerations may be subject to a rate increase if you (a) change the reservation from low season to regular season and/or (b) the discounted rate is no longer available. Rates are based on a seven flight day, which is approximately 14,000 vertical feet of skiing. On weather shortened days guests are charged only for runs skied and any necessary staging flights.
Private Charter Heli-ski Adventures
Private Charters are charged per flight hour used with a minimum of 2.0 hours. Clients are responsible for the payment of all helicopter time incurred by the operation for the day, including time used to ski, shuttle the helicopter, and/or explosive testing, etc. Reservations can be secured with a $3,000 deposit with full payment of minimum hours due 30 days prior to flight. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to flight can request a full refund, between 30 days and 7 days before flight you will be charged $3,000 per day, and within 7 days you will be charged the per load minimum for your day.
