Booking Your Trip
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required with initial reservation. 35% additional is required 180 days before the trip date. The balance is due 90 days before the trip date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable or partially refunded if trip can be resold. If weather or provider caused conditions prevent achieving trip vertical refunds of un-skied vertical are refunded at $100.00 per 1000 meter. For trips based on hourly rates the first 6 hours are non-refundable and all additional hours are refunded at $3000.00 per hour. Trip insurance is required!
