is mid-winter in the southern hemisphere and the snow is cold and deep.
 During
August of 2008 Powderbird will return to the Andean Mountains, with a
select number of guests, to experience the skiing and culture
of Argentina. The skiing is wonderful, the food is fantastic, and
the people are friendly.
The helicopter skiing is outstanding. We have combined the best ski
terrain of the Andes with the best conditions for aviation. The helicopters
and pilots are first rate, the snow is of highest quality, and the available
terrain ranges from gentle to challenging.
Itineraries are extremely flexible. Your trip can be set up as a Private
Charter to meet your personal requirements, or you can join a group of
like minded individuals on a shared adventure. Your travels can include
side trips to beautiful Buenos Aires, Santiago Chile, or the wine country
of Mendoza. A full range of accommodations and modes of travel
